This 3 session course takes place in a calm, carefully selected venue, creating a relaxed space where you and your baby can learn, connect, and enjoy meaningful time together.

The Flow Balance Baby Massage Method is a registered baby massage method in the Netherlands, developed by Babymassage Nederland. Drawing on over 20 years of experience, the method was created to offer a gentle, responsive approach that recognises every baby as an individual.
Rather than following a fixed sequence of techniques, the method encourages parents to observe, listen to, and respond to their baby's unique cues. It focuses on creating a calm, baby-led experience that nurtures connection, relaxation, and confidence for both parent and baby.
Combined with gentle baby yoga exercises, the method offers a natural and enjoyable way to incorporate nurturing touch into your family's everyday routine.

-
The Group Baby Massage Course is suitable from approximately six weeks of age until your baby becomes mobile, around the time they begin to crawl.
-
Baby massage is intended to be a calm and enjoyable experience for your baby. If your baby has a fever, is unwell, or is not feeling themselves, it is best to postpone the session.
After vaccinations, it is recommended to wait at least 48 hours before massage and only continue when your baby is feeling well and comfortable again.
If you are unsure whether your baby is ready for a session, please feel free to contact me. Your baby's wellbeing always comes first.
-
Your baby will be undressed to their nappy during the massage. The room will be kept comfortably warm, and you are welcome to bring a blanket if this helps your baby feel settled.
-
That’s completely normal. Every session is baby led, so we always follow your baby’s needs and take breaks whenever necessary. There is never any pressure to complete the massage.
I’ll bring a demonstration doll to each session, allowing you to continue learning the techniques while your baby feeds, rests, or simply enjoys a cuddle. When your baby is ready, you can practise at a pace that feels comfortable for you both.
-
Absolutely. Partners, grandparents, or another regular caregiver are very welcome to join the sessions. To keep the group relaxed and comfortable for everyone, each booking includes a maximum of two caregivers.
-
You do not need to bring any special massage materials. Massage oil and a course handbook are included.
Please bring a soft blanket or towel to keep your baby warm during breaks or after the massage. I also recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a bottle of water, a cosy pair of extra socks for yourself, and any baby essentials you may need, such as nappies, wipes, feeding supplies, or a favourite comfort item for your baby.
